We have an opening here at Yizumi Brazil for a Marketing Assistant. The person we are seeking will be responsible for the following activities: * Organizing and collecting data for our promotional materials; * Producing and updating our catalogs, corporate videos, informational and promotional materials, among others, and also managing these marketing tools; * Performing quality control and cost management for translations of documents and corporate promotional materials; * Daily monitoring of corporate news and articles, analyzing translation accuracy and information quality; * Assisting in developing the annual promotional materials plan, monitoring its implementation, reviewing relevant KPIs, and providing accurate and up-to-date information upon request; * Collaborating with the after-sales technical department to create and update promotional materials, ensuring technical information is accurate and aligned with the company’s quality standards; * Assisting in planning, organizing, and executing events such as open houses and exhibitions; * Maintaining the CRM system with updated customer and lead data Requirements: * Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields; * Experience in marketing roles within companies; * Knowledge of market trend analysis; * Proficiency in marketing tools such as SEO optimization, digital channel promotions, specialized market analysis software, etc.; * Fluency in English. Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of international trade; * Familiarity with injection molding machines; * Willingness to travel; * Prior experience in preparing trade shows, conferences, and open houses; * Experience managing offline advertising, specialized magazines, and/or external advertising spaces.
