Organization and control of documentation The company is hiring an **Administrative Assistant** to support administrative and operational routines, primarily assisting with information management, preparation of construction reports, and supporting the organization of field team activities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation and updating of **reports on completed construction and service works**; * Support in **preparing budgets** for materials and services; * Organization and control of **construction documentation**; * Data entry and updating of information in **spreadsheets and internal systems**; * Support in controlling **materials used in construction works**; * Contacting **suppliers for quotations** and price research; * Monitoring **schedules and technical team requirements**; * Administrative support to the operational area. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in **Excel and Microsoft Office suite**; * Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented; * Aptitude for information and report management. **Job Details:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role; * CLT employment regime; * Work location: On-site.
