BM Vagas, in partnership with a leading company in the optical sector, is seeking a **Sales Consultant** for on-site work in Joinville/SC. We are looking for commercially oriented professionals focused on delivering excellent customer service and results-driven performance, who wish to work in a dynamic environment offering growth opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** Provide in-person customer service, delivering a consultative and personalized experience Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and optical products according to their needs Conduct sales and finalize orders Organize the workplace and maintain store standards Meet individual and team goals Participate in external customer acquisition activities at strategic city locations Contact customers via digital channels and messaging **Requirements** Minimum age of 18 years Completed or ongoing high school education Proficiency with technology, smartphones, and digital systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Preferred Qualification:** Prior experience in sales or the optical sector (not mandatory). **Weekly Working Hours** 44 hours **Employment Type** CLT Salary: R$2\.090,00 \- R$5\.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
