**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** · Supervise the team under your responsibility, providing technical and behavioral support, ensuring engagement and alignment with the organizational culture. · Propose, communicate, and monitor individual and collective goals. · Select, train, evaluate performance, and guide team members' development. · Provide periodic feedback, conduct motivational meetings and results presentations. · Conduct interviews for new hires and terminations, upon management approval. · Develop and deliver training and refresher courses for new and existing employees. · Validate and manage work schedules, attendance, and timesheets for the team. · Monitor and analyze performance indicators for the PJ Relationship department and the PF team. · Monthly update performance indicators in the Qualyteam system. · Assist management with innovative ideas and propose improvements in processes and results. · Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) defined for the department. · Conduct strategic studies aiming at new fundraising and relationship fronts. · Maintain information flow with other departments to ensure integration and smooth internal communication. · Make contacts and conduct presentation visits to new companies for financial, goods, or service fundraising. · Draft and formalize official letters and proposals requesting funds, goods, and products. · Register and monitor partnerships and donors in the CRM system – PF and PJ Relationship, ensuring complete and up-to-date data. · Retain and manage relationships with contacted companies, ensuring maintenance of existing partnerships. · Organize partner company receipts into digital folders on the server. · Monitor corporate notices and partnership opportunities. · If necessary, conduct short trips to attend events, visits, or fundraising activities. · Submit monthly reports in the PF and PJ Relationship system, aligned with the Finance department. · Report any issues with partner establishments to management and assist in resolution. · Create and implement motivational campaigns focused on team engagement and increased fundraising. · Develop specific campaigns for large retail chains (supermarkets, stores, etc.), encouraging employee engagement in promoting the cause and increasing donations. · Conduct regular motivational and results review meetings with the PF and PJ Relationship teams. · Extract reports from the PF and PJ Relationship system and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results. · Deliver periodic presentations to management on achieved results and targets. · Monitor daily recording of received amounts and verify accuracy of financial entries. · Analyze return and performance reports of active fiscal incentive projects. · Ensure documents and records are properly stored for audit purposes. · Monitor the operation of IT equipment and department materials to prevent productivity disruptions. · Contribute to the development and improvement of administrative systems, procedures, and methods. · Prioritize humane, compassionate care for beneficiaries, promoting well-being and quality of life. · Act ethically, collaboratively, and in alignment with the mission and values of Pequeno Cotolengo Joinvilense. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** · Completed Bachelor's degree in business-related fields (Business Administration, Economics, Business Management, Call Center Management, Marketing, etc). **SCHEDULE, REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS** · Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM. · Salary: BRL 3,500.00 + bonus based on goal achievement · Meal allowance worth BRL 374.00 per month · Transportation allowance or free parking if choosing to use a car · Study incentive · WellHub (gympass) · Birthday leave (one day off during the birthday month) *This position is also open to People with Disabilities - Pequeno Cotolengo do Paraná is an equal opportunity employer.
