You'll operate at the intersection of development and operations, applying software engineering principles to systems administration challenges. Your work will focus on continuous improvement, automation, and ensuring our services meet the highest standards of availability and performance for our growing user base. You will directly contribute to a culture of preventative maintenance and rapid, automated incident response. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts (both manual and automated). * Develop and maintain automated test suites for E2E (End\-to\-End) and regression testing, using tools like * Cypress, Playwright, or similar. Perform functional and exploratory testing on our web (React) platforms and mobile applications (React Native, native Android, and native iOS). * Validate the functionality, security, and performance of RESTful APIs and WebSocket communications, using tools like Postman, Insomnia, or automation (e.g., Jest/Supertest). * Identify, document, and track bugs clearly and in detail, collaborating with the development team to ensure their resolution. * Actively collaborate with developers (Frontend and Backend), Designers, and Product Managers to understand requirements and ensure adequate test coverage. * Participate in the continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) process, ensuring automated tests run reliably. * Analyze test results, generate quality reports, and provide constructive feedback for continuous process improvement. * Validate data integrity and interactions with the database (PostgreSQL). Requisitos: * 3\+ years of proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role. Hands\-on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Cloud SQL, Cloud Run, Cloud Build, Cloud Compute, Cloud Storage, VPC, and Pub/Sub. * Experience with Terraform for managing Google Cloud infrastructure. * Experience with monitoring and observability tools; Datadog experience is a significant plus. * Strong understanding of database administration, specifically PostgreSQL, including replication, backups, and performance optimization. * Proficiency in one or more scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash). * Experience with version control systems, particularly GitHub, and CI/CD tools like Github Actions and Google Cloud Build. * Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture. * Advanced/Fluent English \- both written and spoken \- is mandatory. **Nice to Have** * Experience with geolocation services, Google Firebase, and building/maintaining high\-throughput, low\-latency real\-time applications. * Experience in a high\-growth startup or scale\-up environment. * Familiarity with compliance/security US standards relevant to Fintech or Logistics. * Hands\-on with Node.js ecosystem is beneficial. * Certification in cloud platforms.
