We are committed to valuing our employees and investing in their career development, promoting a high-quality work environment. **Join our team!** **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement specific occupational safety policies, procedures, and programs; * Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify and correct potential safety hazards; * Investigate occupational accidents and safety incidents, analyze root causes, and propose preventive measures; * Coordinate and deliver occupational safety training for employees, contractors, and service providers, including specific Regulatory Standards (NRs) training; * Actively participate in preparing occupational safety reports, monitor medical examinations, and support documentation preparation and control; * Stay updated on occupational safety regulations and ensure company compliance with all applicable legal standards; * Collaborate with engineering and operations departments to ensure projects and processes comply with safety standards; * Implement and supervise the proper distribution and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE); * Actively participate in safety meetings and internal committees to discuss and resolve occupational safety issues. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety, with active registration at the competent authority; * Proven prior experience in this role, preferably in the real estate or civil construction sector; * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) and labor legislation related to occupational safety, including experience delivering NR training; * Proficiency in core Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report writing, presentations, and data analysis; * Familiarity with risk assessment tools and prevention plan development (PCMSO, LTCAT, PGR); * Willingness to travel and work at various construction sites as required; * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for travel to different construction sites. **Desirable Requirements:** * Prior experience in housing subdivisions will be an advantage; * Specialized or continuing education courses in occupational safety-related fields. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM ***This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PwD).*** Employment Type: Direct CLT Contract Salary: R$3.500,00 \- R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you own a personal vehicle?
