More than merely overseeing operations, this role plays an essential part in how the team executes tasks, develops, and responds to daily challenges. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise receiving, warehousing, and shipping activities, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to deadlines. * Ensure proper resource allocation and close monitoring of warehouse daily routines. * Guarantee compliance with operational procedures, internal standards, and safety protocols. * Monitor performance indicators, productivity, costs, and service levels, supporting data-driven decision-making. * Coordinate rotating and cyclical inventory counts, ensuring stock accuracy and audit readiness. * Control operational flows, orders, and SLAs, addressing deviations and improvement opportunities. * Support leadership with analyses, reports, and corrective action proposals. **Leadership is central to this role** Here, people management is not secondary — it is integral to delivery.
