Competencies to be developed include technical and administrative aspects, with emphasis on technology and the development of new capabilities to ensure continuous evolution and innovation within the function, as well as cultivating competencies for operating effectively within the corporate environment—both in terms of interpersonal skills and professional conduct within a large-scale corporate structure. **Responsibilities and Duties** Key responsibilities for this position include: * Monitoring via surveillance cameras, controlling pedestrian and vehicle access to safeguard the company’s physical and human assets; * Observing and recording incidents for escalation to the immediate supervisor; * Preparing daily incident reports; * Conducting finished-product audits; * Supporting gate teams regarding perimeter security; * Performing virtual patrols and responding to alarm systems; * Completing system checklists and configurations. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory requirements for this position: * Completed high school education (diploma must be attached upon application); * Prior experience in Asset Security; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
