Internal system operation **Your challenges will include:** * Performing travel monitoring and tracking; * Handling claims-related incidents involving Losses, Damages, and Occurrences; * Managing inbound and outbound calls from customers, partners, and suppliers to provide clarifications and guidance regarding tracked and/or monitored trips; * Operating internal systems (SGR, Rastrear 4\.0, SIL). **Requirements and qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Office suite knowledge preferred; * Flexible availability; * Strong drive to deliver results, high energy, innovative mindset, and proactive attitude!
