Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Plumber who is committed and detail-oriented to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hydrosanitary systems. Key Highlights: 1. Fieldwork for maintenance of water, sewage, and drainage networks. 2. Installation and repair of various types of piping. 3. Strong expertise in hydraulic pumps and pump house components. We seek a Maintenance Plumber who is committed, detail-oriented, and experienced in fieldwork. The candidate must be capable of performing preventive and corrective maintenance on hydrosanitary systems, ensuring safety, quality, and operational continuity. Main Responsibilities: . Perform maintenance on cold/hot water, sewage, stormwater drainage, booster, inspection chambers, floor drains, valves, and faucets. . Carry out installation and repair of piping (PVC, PPR, PEAD, copper, galvanized/industrial steel, per site standards). . Work on hydraulic pumps, pressure boosters, float switches, check valves, and pump house components (where applicable). . Inspect and rectify leaks, blockages, low pressure, sewage backflow, and sealing failures. . Support maintenance of fire hydrant/sprinkler systems (when required), following internal procedures and applicable regulations. . Read and interpret drawings/isometrics, hydrosanitary layouts, and technical specifications. . Perform tasks safely: lockout/tagout (where applicable), area isolation, PPE/collective protective equipment, working at heights and in confined spaces only with proper authorization and training. . Complete work orders, checklists, and reports (material usage, labor hours, and photographic evidence when required). . Request and manage materials: fittings, sealants, valves, pumps, tools, and consumables. . Coordinate with other teams (civil, electrical, utilities, operations) to minimize impact on port operations. Mandatory Requirements: . Proven experience as a plumber in industrial, port, or large-scale building environments. . Practical knowledge of hydrosanitary maintenance, fault identification, leak testing, and repairs. . Availability for shift work and emergency response (if applicable). . Completion of elementary education (minimum). .
