Job Summary: This internship in Hydraulic Application Engineering provides support in document management, report preparation, and KPI monitoring, contributing to strategic projects. Participation in a collaborative and innovative environment **Tupy**, a large multinational company, is seeking an **Intern** to join its **Hydraulic Business Unit** (Products: Iron Fittings and Cast Profiles) in Joinville. The intern will work directly with **Hydraulic Application Engineering**, supporting document management, report preparation, KPI monitoring, and contributing to internal strategic projects. The intern will play a key role in the **consolidation, organization, and communication** of technical, commercial, and managerial information within the department, supporting process standardization, decision-making, customer interface, and research activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Organize, update, and control** technical documents, reports, and presentations from the Hydraulic Application Engineering department. * **Compile and consolidate** team information for preparing management reports and tracking KPIs. * **Support the creation of presentations** for internal meetings, projects, and training sessions. * **Communicate with customers**, primarily by phone, to collect data, clarify questions, align expectations, and record technical and commercial information. * **Support internal communication**, acting as a liaison between Application Engineering, the Commercial Department, and other involved departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite preferred; * Minimum availability of 1 year for the internship; * Full-time on-site availability in Joinville. **Additional Information** Meal allowance Transportation allowance Dental plan Resumes from Persons with Disabilities are welcome for all positions. **Tupy** is a Brazilian multinational with over 80 years of history, operating in more than 40 countries and recognized for cutting-edge technology applied to the production of structural cast iron components for sectors such as transportation, infrastructure, agribusiness, and energy.
