The Commercial Manager - FIDC is responsible for leading the sales team and developing commercial strategies to raise funds and retain clients in the FIDC segment. Activities include prospecting new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and monitoring the financial market. * Prospect and develop corporate clients, expanding the commercial portfolio within the operational region. * Market financial products, focusing on receivables anticipation, working capital, and structured operations via FIDC. * Manage, expand, and retain the client portfolio, maintaining consultative, close, and long-term relationships. * Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts, ensuring profitability, financial viability, and compliance with internal policies. * Conduct strategic negotiations and partnerships, from prospecting through to closing transactions. * Carry out commercial visits and in-person or remote meetings with clients and partners. * Analyze financial opportunities and transactions, assessing feasibility, risk, and suitability to the client's profile. * Define targets, commercial strategies, and action plans to grow the portfolio and raise funds in the FIDC segment. * Monitor targets, commercial performance indicators (KPIs), and client portfolio performance. * Prepare management reports on commercial results and performance indicators. * Monitor the financial market and competition, identifying trends, opportunities, and relevant practices in the FIDC segment. * Participate in industry events, trade fairs, and congresses to network and stay updated on market developments. * Work autonomously, results-oriented, value-generating, and focused on sustainable growth. * Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Legal, and Operations) to ensure alignment, integration, and efficiency in commercial processes.
