Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for managing and optimizing product catalogs on marketplaces, issuing invoices, packing products, and planning fullfilment shipments. Key Highlights: 1. Product catalog optimization and management on marketplaces 2. Customer service management and sales performance monitoring 3. Inventory organization and promotional campaigns Register, enrich (titles, descriptions, photos), and update product catalogs on marketplaces Issue invoices and pack products Create compelling titles, detailed descriptions, and optimize listings for improved visibility and conversion Plan fullfilment shipments, pick and ship products to the fulfillment center Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and manage customer service tickets to ensure buyer satisfaction Monitor sales performance, identify underperforming products, and suggest actions such as promotions or clearance sales Assist in inventory organization, order control, and delivery processes to ensure efficiency Help create and execute promotional campaigns to boost sales Maintain the overall appearance of the store on the marketplace, ensuring brand consistency.
