Job Summary: Procurement Assistant responsible for quotations, negotiations, purchase order tracking, and supplier management to ensure continuous supply. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on cost and process optimization **Procurement Assistant** **Start Date: January/2026** Salary: R$ 2\.500,00 Benefits: Transportation Allowance (VT) \- R$ 12.50/day Meal Voucher (VR) – R$ 410.00 Health Insurance (after probation period) Full-time: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48 Key Responsibilities: \- Conduct quotations, comparative analyses, and negotiations with suppliers; \- Issue and track purchase orders in the system, from request to delivery; \- Update spreadsheets and control tools with procurement and movement data; \- Monitor delivery deadlines and ensure continuous stock replenishment; \- Support consumption analysis and preventive purchasing forecasting; \- Maintain up-to-date supplier records and identify alternatives offering better cost-benefit ratios; \- Contribute to production planning for external partners by sharing demand information and priorities. **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Logistics, or Procurement Management; **Prior experience** in procurement, negotiations, or related areas; Intermediate Excel proficiency; Organizational skills, logical reasoning, strong communication, and proactivity; Candidates must have prior experience with ERP systems.
