At **Mutuus Seguros by Asaas**, you will support operational and administrative activities with the goal of contributing multidisciplinarily to campaign execution, focusing on customer acquisition and retention. No problem—we offer **remote/home office** work. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the marketing team in executing operational activities across areas such as content, CRM, SEO, media, and design. * Assist in organizing and executing internal requests and departmental processes, ensuring timely delivery. * Support the production and organization of content (blog, email, social media, and rich media materials). * Contribute to editorial calendar and campaign schedule planning. * Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment on deliverables. * Assist in organizing internal requests and departmental processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Learn fundamental concepts of inbound marketing, sales funnels, and customer journey. * Gain exposure to marketing tools (CRM, automation, analytics, creative software, etc.). * Develop organizational skills, sense of priority, and process-oriented thinking. * Build practical experience across multiple digital marketing disciplines. **Preferred Qualifications** * Genuine interest in digital marketing, communication, and consumer behavior. * Basic familiarity with social media platforms and tools such as spreadsheets (Google Sheets) and presentation software. * Strong organizational and communication skills, along with accountability for deadlines. * Curiosity to explore various marketing areas and proactivity to support diverse team initiatives. * Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar). **Additional Information** * Workload: 6 hours per day (Monday to Friday); * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws contract). **We are a Fintech**, a Payment Institution accredited by the Central Bank of Brazil, and **our purpose is to maximize business productivity through technology.** We offer a complete solution for billing, payments, receivables anticipation, and serve over 200,000 customers—including freelancers, microentrepreneurs (MEI), and large enterprises.
