The selected individual will be responsible for coordinating the creation and review workflow for packaging, catalogs, and graphic materials, ensuring visual quality, consistency, and timely delivery. Main responsibilities: * Develop, review, and update packaging and catalogs; * Create institutional and promotional materials according to brand identity; * Monitor approval processes, printing, and finalization of materials; * Organize and prioritize requests from internal departments; * Ensure visual standardization across product lines and families; * Coordinate workflow with designers, suppliers, and partner departments; * Track productivity and quality performance indicators. Requirements: * Degree in Graphic Design or related fields; * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); * Practical experience with packaging, catalogs, and printed materials; * Knowledge of 3D modeling (for packaging simulations); * Strong organizational skills, attention to deadlines, and excellent aesthetic sense; * Experience leading creative projects or teams.
