Job Summary: Machine operator for thermoforming equipment responsible for monitoring, adjusting, and maintaining machinery, while ensuring production quality and team safety. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and maintenance of thermoforming machines 2. Quality control and waste reduction 3. Guidance to assistants and workplace safety **Main Responsibilities:** Operate thermoforming machine; Change molds; Adjust printing alignment; Monitor and prevent raw material waste; Perform preventive machine maintenance; Verify production records; Check correct packaging and labeling; Collect production samples; Provide first aid in case of accidents; Remove trash, separate scrap for disposal, and keep the machine clean and organized; Guide and monitor assistants regarding safety and company regulations. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:15 PM to 6:00 PM **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Basic experience or knowledge in the plastic industry; Residence in Araquari, preferably in the Porto Grande neighborhood or nearby areas.
