Junior Production Operator

Description

Job Summary: Perform process activities, machine operation, quality control, and assist in various production stages to ensure product quality. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of machinery and equipment with focus on quality and productivity 2. Filling out quality records and identifying deviations 3. Assisting in various production stages and product verification Responsibilities: Perform each process step following the manufacturing instructions for each product to achieve optimal quality; Operate machinery and equipment applying received training to achieve optimal quality and productivity; Complete required quality records, identify deviations from required standards, and consult supervisor in case of doubts; Assist in data collection for consumption identification and/or information entry for work orders (OPs); Cut raw materials according to coordination/supervisor scheduling and cutting plan; (Applicable to Polyester and Cutting) Receive (arrival) and verify customer kanban/purchase orders, and relay relevant information to involved departments; (Applicable to Polyester, Identification, and Packaging) Inspect products for the next production stage when ready for the activity; (Applicable to Classification, Identification, and Packaging/Polyester assistance) Verify final products; (Applicable to Classification, Identification, and Packaging/Polyester) Assist the shipping department as needed; (Applicable to Classification, Identification, and Packaging/Polyester) Report any anomalies to coordination/supervisor.
