Suljett is a company focused on innovative technological solutions, offering services aimed at optimizing processes and improving business efficiency. **What will you do in this role?:** You will be responsible for ensuring efficient procurement processes, balancing quality, cost, and delivery timelines, while also contributing to strengthening relationships with domestic and international suppliers. Receive, analyze, and process domestic and international purchase requisitions. Conduct quotations, negotiations, and place orders, considering quality, price, delivery time, and payment terms. Manage procurement controls, cost reduction initiatives, and import data analysis—including tariffs, expenses, and comparative assessments. Qualify and develop new suppliers, consistently pursuing optimal cost-benefit ratios and quality standards. Prepare procurement department performance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). Manage procurement of consumables, office supplies, building maintenance items, and imported goods. Support administrative tasks related to the procurement area, as required by leadership. Perform duties relevant to standard Procurement Analyst routines.
