Identify, assess, and schedule process improvements, promoting interaction with other involved departments. Manage conflicts and issues (internal and external customers, operators) and guide them toward appropriate resolution. Develop, obtain approval for, and monitor implementation of operational procedures under tracking responsibility. Monitor and advise on application of internal and/or legal standards and programs implemented by the company within the operational area.
