Job Summary: A CNC Setup Operator operates and programs CNC machines, interprets engineering drawings, performs setup, adjustments, and dimensional control to ensure part quality. Key Highlights: 1. Operate and program CNC machines for part machining 2. Perform setup, assembly, and adjustment of cutting tools 3. Ensure the quality of produced parts according to specifications **Main Responsibilities:** Prepare and operate CNC machines for part machining; Interpret mechanical engineering drawings; Load programs into CNC machines; Determine part origins according to process sheets, using edge finders and dial indicators; Perform setup, assembly, and adjustment of cutting tools; Conduct dimensional inspection of parts using measuring instruments; Ensure the quality of produced parts according to technical specifications; Maintain organization, cleanliness, and upkeep of machines and the workplace. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** ✔ Completed high school education; ✔ Technical course in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or related fields (preferred); ✔ Proven experience as a CNC Setup Operator; ✔ Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical engineering drawings; ✔ Knowledge of metrology and measuring instruments; ✔ Experience with preparation, calibration, setup, and operation of CNC machines; ✔ Commitment, attention to detail, and focus on quality.
