Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to support and manage activities related to automotive parts inventory, ensuring accuracy, organization, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Receive, inspect, and register automotive parts in the system. 2. Monitor and organize item storage. 3. We also offer specialized services for transmission, differential, hydraulic power steering, clutch, and air system maintenance. **About the Position:** We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to join us as an Inventory Assistant. The employee will support and manage automotive parts inventory-related activities, ensuring accurate recordkeeping, physical organization, and prompt response to internal and external demands. **Your Typical Day:** * Receive, inspect, and register automotive parts in the system. * Monitor and organize storage, ensuring proper item preservation. * Pick and prepare orders for shipment according to requests. * Support and assist the Inventory Analyst with daily tasks. * Conduct periodic inventories and assist in discrepancy analysis. * Control incoming and outgoing items, updating inventory system data. * Comply with safety regulations and internal procedures. **What We Expect From You:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in inventory management, preferably within the auto parts sector. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with heavy-duty vehicle parts. * Knowledge of inventory practices and accuracy control. **What We Offer:** * Fixed salary of R$2.600,00 * Meal allowance of R$23.10/day via CAJU card * Transportation allowance * Clinipam Health Plan (opt-in) * Amil Dental Plan (opt-in) * Nissei Pharmacy Benefit Program * Salary advance (40% of salary on the 20th of each month) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 15-minute break. * Work location: Joinville/SC Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Pharmacy Benefit Program * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Dental Plan * Health Plan
