As an **Endomarketing Assistant**, your responsibilities will include: * Supporting the planning and execution of internal communication initiatives; * Assisting in organizing internal events and campaigns (commemorative dates, integration and recognition activities); * Producing and disseminating content for the company’s internal communication channels; * Supporting engagement initiatives and strengthening organizational culture; * Assisting in creating institutional materials and internal announcements; * Supporting HR in onboarding-related activities for new employees; * Contributing ideas to improve communication and organizational climate. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday 08:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:30\. **Location:** Joinville/SC – North Zone **What We Offer:** Pleasant internal work environment; Special occasion perks; Birthday recognition; Training and weekly feedback sessions. Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Communications, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; * Proven experience in this role (minimum 1 year); * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Creativity and analytical ability; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools; * Initiative and proactivity; * Strong organizational skills and task management capability.
