Description

Responsible for strategic procurement of electrical materials for resale, ensuring supply continuity, commercial competitiveness, cost control, and on-time delivery. Conduct supplier negotiations, prepare quotations and purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and resolve pending issues. Perform inventory analysis and control using ABC classification, turnover rate, stock coverage, and average consumption. Support pricing strategy, margin analysis, and updates to commercial price lists, collaborating closely with Sales, Logistics, Inventory, and Finance departments. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Commercial Management, or related fields (completed or in progress); Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement of electrical materials; Experience in negotiation and inventory management; Knowledge of pricing strategies and margin analysis; Familiarity with logistics processes and freight cost analysis; Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; Communicative, analytical, organized, and solution-oriented profile; Desirable: Experience with TOTVS Protheus ERP; Experience in electrical materials distribution or resale; Familiarity with major suppliers in the segment; Training in negotiation, procurement, or supply chain management; Knowledge of taxation applicable to procurement; Benefits Salary to be negotiated.
