Job Summary: Operate roll forming machines—preparing the machine, monitoring the production process, performing inspections, recording production output, assisting with maintenance, and maintaining workplace organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate roll forming machines and shape metal profiles 2. Perform adjustments, calibrations, and tool setup 3. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections on parts * Operate roll forming machines to shape structural metal profiles according to production orders. * Prepare the machine by performing adjustments, calibrations, raw material feeding, and tool/roller setup. * Monitor the production process to ensure compliance with dimensions, thicknesses, and technical specifications. * Conduct visual and dimensional inspections on produced parts, identify defects, and adjust parameters as needed. * Record production output, manage batch control, and complete quality reports. * Assist with basic preventive maintenance of the machine and report abnormalities to the maintenance department. * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness in accordance with safety regulations.
