Job Summary: Responsible for raw material replacement, supporting setup operators, and conducting quality and temperature inspections to ensure smooth process operations. Key Highlights: 1. Handles raw material replacement and supports setup scheduling. 2. Performs quantity, quality, and temperature inspections of materials. 3. Responsible for documenting the setup process and requesting maintenance. **Description:** \- Replace raw materials according to schedule, standard time allowances, and established requirements; \- Assist setup operators in scheduling by defining setup sequence and priorities; \- Complete documentation and record relevant data related to the setup process; \- Perform routine inspections of material quantity/quality at machines/central during shifts; \- Maintain routine temperature checks of ovens and dehumidifiers; \- Generate work orders (WO) in the system to request maintenance support for equipment. **Requirements:** \- Completed high school education; \- Experience in plastic injection area; \- NR11 certification (pallet truck operator).
