Job Summary: Support production planning, scheduling, and control to ensure on-time delivery and efficient resource utilization. Key Highlights: 1. Identify production bottlenecks and support the search for solutions **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** Support production planning, scheduling, and control to ensure timely delivery, efficient use of resources, and material availability, contributing to smooth production processes. **Detailed Responsibilities:** * Support the development of short- and medium-term production plans based on demand and production capacity. * Schedule production activities by sequencing orders according to priorities and available resources. * Monitor production progress, updating order statuses and reporting deviations to the PCP Supervisor. * Control and update system information (production orders, time tracking, material consumption, etc.). * Monitor raw material and supply inventory levels, signaling replenishment needs. * Coordinate with internal departments (Procurement, Production, Logistics) to align deadlines and requirements. * Identify potential production bottlenecks and support operational problem-solving. * Prepare performance reports and indicators (production output, delays, efficiency, consumption). * Ensure accuracy of data used in production planning and control. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Prior experience in PCP, planning, logistics, or related areas; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially intermediate/advanced Excel); * Ability to read and interpret production orders. **Work Schedule:** 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM (Monday to Friday) **Our Benefits:** * Company-provided shuttle service (no payroll deduction); * Meal voucher: BRL 460.00 per month; * Health and dental insurance: 100% company-paid monthly premium for employees; 50% company-paid for dependents. * Pharmacy discount program; * On-site physical exercise program; * Discount on Tubrax products: available after probation period; * Education partnership: up to 55% tuition discount for undergraduate, graduate, and technical courses for employees and their dependents. **Work Location:** Joinville - Rio Bonito.
