Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing technical solid waste management models, economic-financial and legal models, and preparing proposals for public tenders. Key Highlights: 1. Development of technical models for waste management and urban cleaning. 2. Analysis and contribution to economic-financial and legal modeling. 3. Preparation of proposals and documentation for public tenders. **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Develop technical models for solid waste management and urban cleaning for municipalities: service diagnosis, technical, legal, and financial queries regarding services, service prognosis, service sizing, preparation of price spreadsheets; * Analyze and contribute to the development of economic\-financial models for Expressions of Interest (EOI) procedures; * Analyze and contribute to the development of legal models for Expressions of Interest (EOI) procedures; * Prepare summaries of tender notices (technical qualification compliance, analysis of terms of reference/operational terms, feasibility analysis); * Organize technical qualification documentation for tenders; * Prepare technical and/or economic proposals (price spreadsheet) for tenders; * Draft technical opinions, analyses, appeals, and defenses; * Arrange, with Professional Regulatory Councils (CREA/CRQ), registration of a new legal entity belonging to the same economic group; * Arrange, with Professional Regulatory Councils (CREA/CRQ), inclusion of professionals as technical responsible persons or as members of the company’s technical staff; * Draft Technical Certification Reports for contracts—completed or ongoing—and after review and completion of quantity assessments by the contract manager, revise and submit the Technical Portfolio to CREA; * Conduct technical visits and presentations to municipalities; **Mandatory Requirements:** Microsoft Office Suite; Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering; Willingness to travel.
