**OPERATIONS ANALYST** We are looking for an **OPERATIONS ANALYST** to work at our Branch in **SAO FRANCISCO DO SUL**. **Primary Duties and Responsibilities:** * Monitor and prepare internal controls related to inventory, vessels and vessel repairs, as well as facilitate vessel repair execution, responding to the Captain’s requests and preparing service quotations for coordination decision-making; * Report operational vessel data from arrival, stay and departure, along with cargo movement (VCI/MSC LINK); * Provide the planner with data for vessel loading planning (MSC Link) via electronic file (OBLX); * Report vessel berthing and unberthing to prevent operational disruptions (Siscarga/ACR System); * Support agencies in Brazil by providing guidance and assistance regarding company policies and directives related to information registration in systems, ensuring compliance with deadlines set by authorities and headquarters; * Assist users of operational systems (company/government), providing guidance whenever necessary; * Register vessels that have not yet berthed at Brazilian ports, entering certifications and general vessel information (Paperless Port), based on data received from the Captain, aiming to enable vessel entry into Brazilian ports; * Prepare "rollover" and terminal productivity reports; * Notify all involved parties (Claims BR, Claims GVA, Operations BR, Operations GVA) and record vessel damage in the system (Themis); * Instruct companies on sludge removal from vessels, following procedures and compliance practices. **Required Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree: International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, Logistics or related fields; * Intermediate English; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
