Support in logistics and order fulfillment routines LIVE! is looking for a dynamic and committed professional to assume the role of **Operations Analyst** within our company. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Logistics, or Production Engineering; * Supply Chain Management or related fields; * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, analytical charts); * Basic knowledge of inventory management and supply chain; * Familiarity with ERP or WMS systems (any platform); * Ability to read and interpret operational data; * Inventory management methodologies: FIFO, FEFO, ABC analysis; * Purchase order management and supplier relationship management; * Fulfillment processes for DTC e-commerce; * Operational KPIs: inventory turnover, coverage, fill rate, on-time delivery (OTD); * BI and data analysis tools (Google Sheets, Power BI or similar). **Responsibilities:** * Conduct inventory analysis and control, monitoring stock levels, expiry dates (FEFO/FIFO), and reorder points; * Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards to support purchasing decision-making; * Collaborate with the team on logistics, shipping, and order fulfillment routines; * Monitor operational KPIs: inventory turnover, stockouts, supplier lead time, and inventory accuracy; * Support the implementation and maintenance of the WMS, adapting workflows to e-commerce requirements; * Coordinate with packaging and raw material suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality.
