Job Summary: The Junior PCPM Analyst will be responsible for scheduling raw material replenishment, monitoring production, and developing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production plans. Analysis and organization of various control systems We are currently seeking a Junior PCPM Analyst in Joinville. Below are the position details: Location: Joinville – SC Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:45 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:33 PM Salary: R$ 3.000,00 Main Responsibilities: * Follow up on overdue purchase orders * Schedule raw material replenishment for production * Alert for potential shortages and delivery delays * Reorganize production sequencing * Develop, update, and disseminate various control systems (dates, inventory levels, schedules, purchases, and processing) * Develop daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production plans * Monitor monthly labor hour closing from Production Order entries * Provide guidance on billing of finished goods in stock and material reservations * Adjust order delivery deadlines according to scheduling and production capacity Requirements: * Strongly operational profile within PCP * Mandatory experience in industrial settings * Prior hands-on experience with production scheduling in an industrial environment required * Intermediate-level Excel knowledge (may be assessed) * SAP system knowledge is a significant advantage * Currently pursuing or completed a technical or technological course in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields * Analytical and organized personality Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Medical and dental assistance * Grocery allowance * Life insurance * Uniform * Private pension plan * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Birthday leave Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$3.000,00 per month Work Mode: On-site
