




The Product/Manufacturing Engineering – Machining area is responsible for developing new value-adding processes for cast products, including machining, assembly, washing, and other operations. It defines scopes, monitors the manufacturing process and its quality parameters, conducts tryouts, manages production ramp-up until performance indicators stabilize, develops workholding fixtures and cutting tools, inspection methods, process flows, etc. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in preparing technical documentation. * Support supplier monitoring activities. * Assist in conducting analyses and tests on production processes. * Support implementation of improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Desirable knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or NX). * Willingness to work 100% on-site in Joinville. * Availability to intern for 6 hours per day. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** Meal allowance Transportation allowance Dental plan Applications from People with Disabilities are welcome for all positions.
