Job Summary: Professional responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and hygiene activities, ensuring a safe and well-maintained work environment while adhering to safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork **Work Schedule:** 6 days on, 1 day off **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Location:** Joinville\-SC **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform cleaning, maintenance, and hygiene activities in internal and external areas, including offices, hallways, restrooms, common areas, windows, and other facilities; * Properly collect and dispose of waste, maintaining clean and organized environments; * Restock hygiene and cleaning supplies as needed; * Use cleaning products, equipment, and PPE correctly, following safety regulations and internal procedures; * Support basic operational tasks, such as organizing spaces and performing minor assistance services; * Maintain tools, materials, and equipment used in daily operations; * Adhere to cleaning schedules and supervision instructions; * Carry out other duties compatible with the role, as required by operational needs. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Primary education; * Prior experience in cleaning and maintenance is a plus; * Commitment, responsibility, and organization; * Attention to detail and care for the work environment; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Flexibility in working hours according to the assigned schedule. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Gym assistance; * Dental plan; * Life insurance; * Discounts at partner universities; * Hazard pay; * Attendance bonus (7%).
