Supervision and guidance of the driver team Position Title: Fleet Inspector Key Responsibilities: \- Monitor the utilization and performance of the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring efficient and appropriate use of resources. \- Conduct inspection and control of mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance, and other relevant fleet information. \- Prepare managerial reports on the fleet's status, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing corrective actions. \- Coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance processes, ensuring fleet safety and operational readiness. \- Supervise the driver team, guiding\-them on fleet usage procedures and policies. \- Ensure compliance with fleet-related regulations and standards, including vehicle licensing, insurance, and documentation. Required Qualifications: \- Completed high school education. \- Proven experience of at least 2 years in fleet management or inspection activities. \- Knowledge of traffic legislation and regulations related to fleet administration. \- Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills. \- Ability to analyze data and prepare managerial reports. \- Proficiency in computer applications, including electronic spreadsheets and fleet management systems. Preferred Qualifications: \- Technical or higher education degree in administration, logistics, or related fields. \- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair. \- Certifications related to fleet management and inspection. Additional Information: \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 18:00\. No time clock required. The stated salary is R$ 2\.400,00 \+ 40% \= R$ 3\.360,00
