Job Summary: A professional responsible for trip monitoring and tracking, incident handling, and customer, partner, and supplier support. Key Highlights: 1. Trip monitoring and tracking 2. Proactive and reactive customer, partner, and supplier support **Your challenge will be:** * Conduct trip monitoring and tracking; * Handle incident events related to Losses, Damages, and Occurrences; * Provide proactive and reactive phone support to customers, partners, and suppliers for clarifications and guidance regarding tracked and/or monitored trips; * Operate internal systems (SGR, Rastrear 4\.0, SIL). **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Office suite knowledge is desirable; * Flexible availability for shift work; * Strong drive to deliver results, high energy, innovative mindset, and proactive attitude!
