We seek a committed professional with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude to handle customer service and provide administrative support to the company. **Work Location:** Iririú Neighborhood **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary: **R$ 2\.200,00** * Meal allowance: **R$ 150,00** **Working Hours** * **Monday to Friday:** * 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM * **Saturday:** * 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM * **Weekly workload:** 44 hours **Main Responsibilities** * In-person and WhatsApp customer service * Scheduling and control of technical service appointments * Preparation of quotations * Issuance and control of service orders * Sales support and service follow-up * Control of equipment and service entry and exit * Administrative routine support for the company **Requirements** * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Proactive and organized personality * Experience in administrative routines * Proficiency in public-facing service * Prior work experience or stability will be considered a plus **Notes** * This position is open to **men and women** Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
