Valid Forklift Operator certification is essential. **Key Responsibilities** * Operate forklifts to move, store, and replenish goods; * Load and unload products according to instructions and safety standards; * Organize products on pallet racking and in storage areas; * Verify quantities, cargo integrity, and location addresses; * Support warehouse picking and organization activities as needed; * Maintain forklift condition and report maintenance requirements; * Comply with safety regulations, proper PPE usage, and internal procedures; * Assist with physical inventory counts and stock controls. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed elementary education; * **Valid Forklift Operator certification**; * Proven experience operating forklifts; * Basic knowledge of safety regulations and signage; * Availability for operational work shifts. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in a Distribution Center or logistics environment; * Experience with pallet racking and vertical storage; * Basic knowledge of stock control; * Experience with electric and/or combustion forklifts. **Expected Behavioral Competencies** * Attention to detail and responsibility when operating equipment; * Commitment to safety and procedural compliance; * Organization and discipline in daily tasks; * Good teamwork and interpersonal skills; * Proactivity in supporting operations as needed.
