Opportunity for those seeking challenges and results-oriented work We seek an organized, communicative, and persistent individual to handle follow-up with patients who have already undergone evaluation but have not yet started treatment. The role focuses on maintaining active contact with patients, strengthening relationships, and increasing the clinic’s closing rate. Main Responsibilities * Conduct daily patient outreach via WhatsApp and phone (follow-up) * Track pending quotations * Reactivate patients who have not responded or initiated treatment * Record all contacts in the clinic’s system * Update tracking spreadsheets and goals * Work with conversion and appointment targets * Identify objections and report patterns to management * In-person and telephone negotiations Candidate Profile * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Organization and discipline for daily follow-up * Persistence (do not give up after the first “I’ll think about it”) * Commercial mindset and goal orientation * Proficiency with WhatsApp Web and systems * Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus * Prior experience in a dental clinic is a plus Performance Indicators * Quotation conversion rate * Number of daily contacts made * Number of confirmed appointments * Reactivation of inactive patients Compensation: R$2.200,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
