If you are communicative, responsible, organized, and eager to learn new things, we’d love to get to know you better! **Responsibilities and Duties** As a Support Assistant, you will directly support our subscribers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing training whenever necessary. * Understand and attentively listen to customer needs and seek solutions; * Guide customers step-by-step to achieve their goals within our software; * Resolve issues and apply critical thinking to handle challenging situations; * Keep information databases up to date; * Maintain a high level of courtesy in all customer interactions; * Perform other duties relevant to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** Strong communication skills, dedication, and empathy are essential for this position.
