Responsibilities and Duties **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Develop medium- and high-complexity technical solutions with minimal supervision and limited support, implementing software requirements using relevant back-end technologies; * Deeply understand the software’s back-end architecture and be capable of working within it through analysis of its components, organization, and functionalities; * Create high-complexity tests—whether manual or automated—to validate the expected behavior of developed technical components, using requirements and testing tools; * Document development stages by recording them in version control and documentation tools; * Mentor and collaborate with the development team to identify business, architectural, and design solutions through communication and knowledge sharing; * Maintain software quality by reviewing available processes, tools, and best practices for the product and technologies used; * Mentor less senior developers by addressing their questions, sharing expertise, designing and architecting solutions, or recommending supporting documentation; * Specify medium-complexity requirements through direct interaction with customers and project-related departments; * Build frameworks as needed for developing your solutions.
