Our team of specialists brings together information, innovation, and insights to uncover pain points in the dental and aesthetic markets—driving profitability to clinics! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage customer portfolios (healthcare professionals) during platform implementation—their first steps; * Manage the system implementation process with customers; * Support customers via multiple communication channels; * Implement the solution, adapting it to each unique context; * Understand each customer’s needs and propose effective solutions; * Identify, report, and resolve process errors; * Respond promptly to requests, record them internally, and communicate with relevant stakeholders; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to lead processes and strategic meetings through negotiation; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in software implementation and/or management consulting; * Practical knowledge of management concepts is desirable; * Experience or knowledge in dentistry is desirable; * Education (in progress or completed) in Administration, Commercial Management, or Business Management. **Additional Information** What benefits will I receive as a Clinicorper under CLT employment?
