




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** • Customer service; • Support schedule management (board, management, and team); • Support project indicators control: input data, present indicators in meetings; • Support project, social service, administrative, and pedagogical departments; • Participate in the development of plans and planning; • Collaborate with market research, aiming to identify and propose the use of opportunities relevant to the organization; • Draft official letters and communications; • Analyze controls and methods; • Prepare documents and monitoring reports; • Plan, organize, and manage files and workflow; • Conduct quotations and research; • Update spreadsheets and systems. REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum: pursuing a degree in Administration, Management Processes, Financial Management, Business Management, or related fields; • Experience in serving internal and external customers – online and by phone; • Experience in the third sector or with social projects will be considered a differentiator; • Interest in growing and developing within the organization and the third sector; • Class B driver's license; • Availability for travel when necessary; • Intermediate English; • Proficiency in Office suite.
