This opportunity is intended for individuals who already possess **practical welding experience**, but are not yet formally registered as welders and aspire to join our team of Busscar Stars!
**Hired as Production Assistants**, they will receive theoretical and practical training, and be assessed for promotion to **Welder** within 90 days.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform specialized welding tasks, executing all required welding types at their workstation (electric, MIG\-MAG, and oxy\-acetylene), selecting the most appropriate equipment for each weld;
* Prepare parts for welding by chamfering, cleaning, and correctly positioning them; select appropriate materials; control heating to achieve the proper melting point (soft or hard soldering);
* + Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, marking and cutting materials and parts according to specified dimensions and sizes, and welding components per instructions on the respective drawing;
* Operate torches for material cutting and perform necessary finishing on welded structures and parts;
* + Assemble body components according to required specifications using welding, operating various machines and tools;
* Restore aluminum sheets and profiles;
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Practical experience with MIG/MAG welding;
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings;
* Availability for work schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM, Monday through Friday;
