Job Summary: The Store Operator will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, organizing products, operating the cash register, and assisting with daily activities to ensure an excellent store environment. Support in daily store operations We are seeking a **Store Operator** who will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service, restocking and organizing products, operating the cash register when required, and assisting with daily store tasks—contributing to service excellence and smooth store operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet and serve customers courteously and proactively; * Restock, organize, and price products on shelves and gondolas; * Check expiration dates and integrity of displayed products; * Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment for customers; * Operate the cash register when required, including product scanning and payment processing; * Assist in receiving, verifying, and storing merchandise; * Provide support to other store departments as needed. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in customer service or merchandise restocking is preferred; * Strong communication skills, friendliness, and dynamism; * Organizational ability, agility, and responsibility; * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays (rotating schedule). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience operating cash registers; * Background in retail or supermarket environments; * Basic computer and store system knowledge. **Available Shifts:** * MATUTINO, VESPERTINO \- Inquire with the recruiter **SALARY: R$2260 \+ R$200 CASH DRAWER BONUS.** Plus additional benefits!!
