Acting as a partner to leadership for performance improvement. **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are seeking a strategic professional to coordinate, at the national level, the Group Orbenk’s Operational Training initiatives. This role will be responsible for delivering standardized, effective, and scalable training programs, ensuring operational teams remain continuously prepared to meet business demands in a dynamic and highly complex operational environment. Key Responsibilities \- Coordinate and structure the Group Orbenk’s operational training programs, ensuring standardization, quality, and compliance with internal processes and standards. \- Develop, train, and mentor training multipliers across units (supervisors, nutritionists, coordinators, and leaders). \- Identify training needs in collaboration with operational areas, proposing solutions aligned with business strategy and objectives. \- Plan, implement, and monitor technical, behavioral, and operational leadership training programs. \- Monitor training metrics (participation, effectiveness, adherence, and post-training performance). \- Ensure continuous content updates, reflecting operational, legal, and market changes. \- Act as a partner to leadership, supporting team development and operational performance improvement. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience in Training and Development, preferably in operational and decentralized environments (services, facilities, food services, or large-scale operations). * Experience coordinating operational training initiatives. * Experience in training and mentoring internal instructors and knowledge multipliers. * Strong communication skills, a didactic profile, and ability to engage diverse audiences and hierarchical levels. * Analytical mindset, results orientation, and commitment to continuous improvement. * Willingness to travel occasionally between units. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- PJ **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Meal allowance Attendance bonus Transportation allowance Dental plan Pharmacy benefit program University partnership program Totalpass **Work Location:** ---------------------- Joinville\-SC **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 7:44 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
