We seek a young individual eager to learn, committed, and interested in developing skills in a productive and professional environment. You will work with support from an experienced team, participating in practical and theoretical activities that will enhance your preparation for the job market. **Responsibilities:** * Support daily operations in the production department; * Prepare materials for feeding the production line; * Organize the service area; * Assist in sorting, checking, and moving parts or products; * Support workplace safety and cleaning activities; * Supply production lines; * Assist with simple tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor; **Requirements:** * Be between **18 and 24 years old** (per the Apprenticeship Law); * Be **enrolled** and regularly attending school (if high school has not yet been completed); * Interest in working in the industrial sector and learning through hands-on experience; * Commitment, responsibility, and willingness to work in a team; * Availability to attend theoretical activities in the morning and practical activities at the company in the afternoon; **Benefits:** * Salary according to the Apprenticeship Law; * Transportation allowance; * On-site cafeteria; * Theoretical training course (in partnership with an educational institution); * Personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by the company; * Possibility of permanent employment; Job Type: Full-time, Apprentice Compensation: R$1\.400,00 \- R$1\.600,00 per month
