Internal employee support and skill development **About the Position** Operational and administrative support, assisting with essential departmental routines while gaining hands-on experience in people management. Activities aim to integrate the apprentice into the corporate environment, fostering both technical and behavioral competencies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Administrative Routines:** Physical and digital document organization, updating control spreadsheets and completing reports, supporting badge and parking management. * **Recruitment and Selection (R\&S):** Assisting with resume screening, interview scheduling, supporting group dynamics sessions, and candidate assistance. * **Training and Development:** Supporting the organization of training sessions and conferences. * **Support Services:** Providing internal support to employees (internal customers) regarding general inquiries. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Age**: Must be between **14 and 24 years old**, not yet having reached the upper age limit (age restriction does not apply to persons with disabilities). * **Education**: Currently enrolled in or have completed **Elementary or High School**. * **Enrollment**: Enrolled in an **apprenticeship program** offered by a partner training institution such as CIEE or NUBE. * **Documentation**: Must possess ID card (RG), CPF, Work Card (digital version accepted), and updated proof of residence. **Preferred Qualifications** * Passion for people * Strong desire to learn * Willingness to make a difference * Availability to work from **12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.**
