Job Profile: Fiscal Assistant / Fiscal Analyst Bookkeeping and Journal Entries Importation and Classification of Invoices; Analysis of CFOP and CST Tax Rates (DIFAL); Tax Calculation: \* Simples Nacional, \* Presumed and Real Profit: Calculation of federal taxes (PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, and CSLL). \* State and Municipal Taxes: Calculation of ICMS (including Tax Substitution) and ISS (Service Tax). Ancillary Obligations: Filing of declarations: \* EFD ICMS/IPI (Sped Fiscal): Digital bookkeeping of inventories and ICMS/IPI calculations. \* EFD Contributions: Digital bookkeeping of PIS and COFINS. \* DCTF and Reinf: Federal tax debt declaration and withholding information (e.g., EFD\-Reinf). \* GIA / GIA\-ST: State-specific declarations (per federative unit). \* Municipal Declarations: Issuance of service tax payment slips and declarations across various municipalities. \* Assistance in Invoice Issuance: Advising clients on which NCM (Mercosur Common Nomenclature) code to use or how to correctly highlight taxes.
