Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating the tactical procurement cell for indirect materials and services, leading the team in executing sourcing processes, negotiations, and purchase order management. Strategic involvement in the transition to long-term contracts Responsible for coordinating the tactical procurement cell for indirect materials and services. Leads the procurement team in executing sourcing processes, rapid negotiations, and purchase order management, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs), adherence to approval authorities, and capture of savings from non-contractual purchases. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate the fulfillment workflow for indirect materials and services requests by supervising triage and quotation processes, aiming to ensure supply agility and compliance with the scope delegated to the procurement area. * Monitor alignment of purchase requisitions within financial limits and permitted categories (Marketing, HR, IT, Administration, Construction) through rigorous verification of values and commodity groups, aiming to prevent purchase splitting and ensure efficiency and authority compliance. * Guide the team in commercial negotiations using benchmarking tools and multi-supplier consultations, aiming to reduce tactical costs for business units. * Manage cycle time (Lead Time) indicators from requisition to purchase order (PO) issuance by identifying bottlenecks in SAP and resolving pending issues with users, aiming for excellence in service level delivery. * Validate registration and qualification of new suppliers by verifying legal and tax requirements, aiming to mitigate supply risks and ensure supply chain integrity. * Coordinate the transition of tactical items to long-term contracts upon identification of recurring demand, by reporting volumes to Corporate Procurement, aiming to improve the company's category strategy. * Act as a point of escalation to resolve user queries and process inconsistencies through alignment meetings with cost centers, aiming for transparency and education on current procurement policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, International Trade, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in SAP MM module (Purchase Order and Contract Management). * Proficiency in Power BI. * Knowledge of negotiation methodologies and Strategic Sourcing principles. * Knowledge of supply chain. * Knowledge of anti-corruption policies and corporate governance. * Advanced English. **Desirable Requirements** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Procurement Management, Supply Chain, or Business Management. * Proven experience in Indirect Procurement (MRO, Services, and Facilities) and Spot Buy processes. * Experience in Shared Service Centers (SSCs) managing high-volume requisitions. * Prior experience leading operational procurement teams. * Spanish. **Additional Information** **We care about the well\-being of our Feras and offer benefits such as:** * Work Schedule: Hybrid (4 days per week onsite in Joinville). * Flexible working hours; * Meal allowance; * Year-end bonus; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday day off; * Citizen company: extended maternity and paternity leave. * Discount on our products; * Annual bonus (profit-sharing); * Up to 50% discount on medications; * Health programs.
