




Job Summary: An HR Development and T&D professional to manage the full training cycle—from training needs analysis (TNA) and development of the Annual Training Plan (ATP) to delivery and effectiveness evaluation. Proficiency in LMS and training platforms **Responsibilities:** \- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and align initiatives with business objectives; \- Develop and manage the Annual Training Plan (ATP); \- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs; \- Manage learning content and training vendors; \- Evaluate training effectiveness and analyze KPIs. **Requirements:** \- Experience: Proven experience in HR Development and Training \& Development; \- Knowledge of andragogy; Analysis: Familiarity with metrics such as training ROI, turnover, and organizational climate. \- Proficiency in LMS and training platforms; Important Information: **Location:** On-site position in Joinville; **Compensation and benefits:** To be negotiated.
